Description : Veterinary Hydroxy Progesterone Caproate Injection helps solve the Reproductive Problems like, Habitual abortion, Repeat Breeders, Luteal deficiency, Prolapse of Uterus, induction of Oestrus and Infertility caused by Progesterone deficiency.

Veterinary Hydroxy Progesterone Caproate Injection has prolonged uterotrophic effect; it stimulates luteal actions, causes changes in uterus and vagina as seen in early pregnancy. Contractile response of the myometrium to oxytocin is inhibited. The drug stimulates a proliferative endometrium into secretion as well as stimulates the growth of mammary alveolar tissues.

Indications :

-Post A.I. care. Threatened abortions. Repeat breeding. Uterine & vaginal prolapse. 

-To solve Reproductive Problems like, Habitual abortion, Repeat Breeders, Luteal deficiency, Prolapse of Uterus, induction of Oestrus and Infertility caused by Progesterone deficiency.


Dosage & Administration :

• During early stage of pregnancy - 2 ml intramuscularly, after 45 days of pregnancy. To be repeated 4-5 times at 10 days interval.
• During mid-and late pregnancy -  2 ml intramuscularly, daily for 3 days followed by one injection every week for 3 weeks.

Treatment & Care  : For maintenance of pregnancy. For the development of mammary glands during pregnancy. For the treatment of silent oestrus. To induce ovulatory heat.

Withdrawl Period : Milk : 7 days & Meat : 28 days
